Precision Resume Solutions is operated by Clair Levy, a sole proprietor doing business as Precision Resume Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, city and state, and LinkedIn profile URL, provided when you book a consultation, complete a form, or contact us.
- Career information: resumes, work history, accomplishments, education, credentials, target roles, compensation history and salary expectations, job postings you share, and other details you provide through our questionnaires and during our sessions.
- Photos and files you upload, such as a professional headshot or past resumes.
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Website information, such as pages visited and browser type, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To schedule and conduct consultations and client sessions
- To write, edit, and deliver your resume, LinkedIn profile, and other career documents
- To send appointment reminders, service updates, and, with your consent, occasional marketing messages
- To process payments and keep business records
- To improve our services and website
AI-assisted drafting. We use secure artificial intelligence tools, which may process your name and the career information you provide, to help organize your information and prepare drafts and revisions of your materials. Every document is reviewed, edited, and finalized by Clair Levy.
Call recordings. With your knowledge, we may record sessions so we can accurately capture your details for your materials.
Email newsletter. When you become a client, we add your email address to our mailing list, managed through Moosend, so we can share career resources, updates, and occasional offers. Website visitors who sign up through our website forms are added to the same list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as scheduling, form, video conferencing, email, file storage, database, text messaging, AI, and payment providers. These providers may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We never share your compensation information with employers, recruiters, or other third parties without your permission.
Text messaging (SMS)
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive.
How long we keep information
We keep client information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our business and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or securely archived.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing clair@precisionresumesolutions.com. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
